About Me

I am a coach, university lecturer, classical musician and actor. This experience has given me the ability to use the power of music and drama for transforming business trainings that will benefit you whatever job you are in.

Coaching

Building skills: attitudes to leadership, growing the team from within, public speaking as a tool for empowering  the group and for participants’ own self-development are my priorities.

Communication skills
People and technology are after the same jobs. Our advantage is the way we communicate. From telephone calls, face-to-face meetings, to team talks, promotional boards and set-piece conference speeches, we need to be confident, clear and authentic.
Leadership
Leadership is about attitude, not titles, positions and incomes. It is the challenge wherever we are placed. Leadership and helpfulness go hand in hand. Learn to influence and empower colleagues and you’ll earn more than satisfaction.
Team building
The performing arts offer us great opportunities to see ourselves in a different light: a perspective that develops self-confidence, imagination and helps us to implement ideas. The arts teach us the value of positive failure. They teach us to work for shared objectives. They can teach us skills we all need for life and work.
Presence
Mindfulness is presence. Prayer, meditation, breathing are some of the tools which help us to become aware of the present and our surroundings. They make us receptive, they help us to be “authentic.” Authentic people are present people who can inspire the people they are with. Learning to live in the moment is an invaluable skill for life.
Empathy
Empathy is something machines can’t do. Seeing the world from other people’s points of view makes a good colleague, makes a good leader. Empathy makes things happen.
Stress control
Stress can make life unlivable but it can also be the inspiration we need! Learn to deal with the negatives of stress and turn stress into an invaluable advantage.

My challenge

I well realise the sacrifices participants make to find the time to come to trainings, so they deserve to be rewarded for their efforts. Efficiency at work is the main priority but I always try to give participants skills that will help them to grow in a wider sense. My challenge is to make the courses relevant to businesses as well as bring some personal benefit to the participants.
